Q: What is the status of my order?
A: Your order status will be available 24 hours after your order has been placed, by simply clicking on the "My Account" link at the top of every page of our site. From there, you will be able to view information about your order.
Q: How long will it be before I receive my order?
A: For standard shipping, you should receive your order within 4-5 business days. Please allow additional time for shipments to APO/FPO addresses. International shipping please allow 15 business days for delivery from the USA.
Q: Can I expedite my shipping?
A: As part of a special promotion, we offer free ground shipping on all orders over $35. You may also upgrade to UPS express services for an additional charge.
*Orders must be placed before 2 PM PST in order to ensure delivery within 1, 2 or 3 business days if you chose to upgrade your shipment to express service.
Orders that are placed between 2 PM PST on Friday and 11:59 PM PST on Sunday (or during a holiday) will be shipped on the next business day and delivered within 1, 2 or 3 business days after that. This promotion is available only if shipping to a location within the 48 contiguous US states that is serviced by UPS (for example, it is not available if shipping to a PO Box).
Q: Do you ship to PO boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
A: Yes, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Q: What do you charge for standard shipping an order?
A: Our standard 4 to 5 business day shipping is a flat rate $4 on all orders. Orders over $35 qualify for free shipping. We do offer expedited shipping for a fee.
