It is very important to read and follow the directions before applying. There is a learning curve to applying Rootflage.
How to apply: Non-blonde Rootflage Temporary Root Touch Up colors are a pigmented mineral powder. Be sure to protect your clothing when applying. Apply to dry hair by dabbing applicator brush directly onto roots while avoiding your scalp. You can avoid applying to your scalp by putting your hand along the part line or laying an eyeliner along your part or placing a business card flat along your part line. After applying, mist your hair with your favorite medium or firm hold hair spray to lock in the color. This will help in eliminating pigment on your fingers, scalp or pillow. If it gets on your hands, wash well with soap and water.
